Hi there! This is a listing for a 1977 VW Westfalia. She is burnt orange, with what I believe to be the original paint job. She has a new rebuilt engine that is cc pancake engine with about 39,000 miles on it. She runs and drives great and also has a brand new battery! I’ve driven her around Dallas with no issues through traffic, she runs great! The last owner did a bit of work on the inside. He took out the camp stove and closet and extended the “couch” and fold out bed which are now covered in very cute mexican/hippie blankets. It can now sleep/sit three downstairs and 2-3 upstairs in the pop top! The bus also has a backwards facing seat behind the drivers seat from an older model bus, that looks great! The bus can fit 6 people comfortably, which makes her perfect for family or friend vacations! He also replaced the front seats with gorgeous leather seats. The bar that is used to pull down the pop-top is broken, however my boyfriend and I have been able to get it up and down between the two of us easily. The paint on the roof is also chipping, but as far as cosmetics go, I would say that this is the only issue along with a scratch on the sliding door panel (however these doors are not overly expensive to replace or paint). I love this bus, and do not want to sell her, but I have to to go to school. I hope to sell her to someone who will love her just as I and the previous owner did. The previous owner only used the bus for family camping trips, and I have only driven her around Dallas once in a while, but not as my daily driver; so she is in wonderful shape. I got her an ignition tune-up about 6 months ago and less than 1,000 miles. She has minimal rust and none on the undercarriage. With her I will include a tire changing kit, a screen for when the back is open, a tire cover if you wish for the front, and the back bumper which is not currently on, but we do have it with all of the parts needed to install it. If you have any more questions please feel free to contact me. Thanks! Rachel
